terms of service

The following rules of use are in place for customers using the internet reservation system (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) for Trifeet Hotel & Pod Kanazawa Hyakumangokudori, operated by AB Accommo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Please read them before using the System.

Article 1 (Observance of Basic Matters)

1. Customers using the System must observe general etiquette, morals, and technical rules when using the Internet.

2. We strictly prohibit the use of the System for profit-making purposes, regardless of the reason, such as for paid booking services.

Article 2 (Measures in the event of violation of the Basic Matters)

We may refuse to allow customers to use the System if they engage in any act that is deemed inappropriate by our Company or our affiliated hotels, such as acts that cause inconvenience or disadvantage to third parties, acts that may interfere with the services of our Company or hotels using the System, etc.
It is prohibited to reprint, copy, or transfer the contents of this Service without permission.

Article 3 (Various effects caused by the customer’s usage environment)

This system can be used by anyone who has properly configured the general settings for character display (Japanese display) and email, etc. Our company and our affiliated hotels will not be held responsible for the results of operations or connection status of those who do not meet these conditions, or for any effects that may result from them.
The same applies if the system does not operate correctly due to reasons beyond our control, such as circumstances related to the customer’s environment settings, even if the above conditions are met.

Article 4 (Conditions for Users of the System)

Only customers who agree to these rules can use the System. In addition, by using the System and completing a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these rules and must comply with them.

When using the Service, Users must comply with the items set out in these Terms.

When using the Service to make a reservation, Users must register their name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.

Users agree that there are limitations to the content of accommodation services that can be provided by the Service, and that they will not request services beyond the limitations or reductions in prices.

Article 5 (Services Provided by the System)

Reservations for some of the products offered by hotels can be made on the website operated by our company.

Article 6 (Compliance with Rules for Use)

When using the System, Customers must comply with the “Accommodation Terms and Conditions” and “Rules of Use” or “Terms of Use” separately set out by the Hotel when using a guest room.

Article 7 (Notes on using this system)

The services provided by this system are not superior to services provided by other systems (such as telephone reservations, fax reservations, and other hotel reservation counters). Therefore, you may not be able to make a reservation due to reasons such as full occupancy.

Article 8 (User’s Responsibility)

When using this system, you are responsible for all actions taken by you yourself and all actions taken through your own email account, as well as the results thereof. In addition, if you cause damage to a third party when using this system, except in cases of negligence on the part of our company or the hotel, you shall resolve any disputes with the third party at your own responsibility.
If a user causes damage to our company, our affiliated hotels, or this system through any of the following actions, our company may claim compensation for all damages suffered from the user.

(1) If you violate the accommodation contract, rules of use, or terms of use separately stipulated in these Terms of Use.

(2) If you make a false or unreasonable application when making a reservation for accommodation.

(3) If you register as a user and apply for a reservation for accommodation on behalf of a third party without that person’s consent.

(4) If you send or write harmful programs.

(5) If you send or write information about a third party without that person’s consent.

(6) If you perform any other actions that violate laws and regulations in force in Japan.

Article 9 (Reservation Application)

1. Please enter all necessary personal data accurately in the reservation application form for the product you wish to use.

2. If there are any errors in the personal data entered in the reservation application form, the reservation may be invalid.

Article 10 (Conclusion of Reservation)

A reservation made through this service is completed when the reservation number is displayed on the browser or when an email is issued notifying the user of the confirmed reservation, and an accommodation contract is concluded between the accommodation facility and the user at that point.

Article 11 (Payment)

The fee for a reservation made through this service will be notified to the applicant in the email issued by our company notifying the user of the confirmed reservation. The accommodation fee will be paid at the accommodation facility by the method specified by the accommodation facility when the user checks in.
If any additional fees are incurred in connection with the stay, other than the fee notified at the time of confirmation of the reservation, they will be paid at the accommodation facility.

Article 12 (Cancellation/Change of Accommodation Reservation)

When canceling or changing an accommodation reservation, please contact the accommodation facility via our online reservation system or by phone. If you cancel all or part of your accommodation reservation, you will be required to pay a penalty (cancellation fee) in accordance with the accommodation terms and conditions set by the accommodation facility.

Article 13 (Changes to the System Content)

Changes to the operation of this system or the contents of these rules may be made without prior notice to customers if the Company deems it necessary. Please be sure to check these rules each time you use the system.
After the contents of these rules are changed, only the changed contents will be valid, and the contents before the change will be invalid.

Article 14 (Temporary Suspension of Use)

In any of the following cases, the Company may temporarily suspend the use of this system without prior notice or approval from customers.
1. When carrying out maintenance or repair work on the system.
2. When a natural disaster, incident, or other emergency occurs or is likely to occur, making operation difficult.
3. When the Company deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the use of this system for the operation of the hotel website and this system or for other reasons.


Article 15 (Handling of Customer Personal Information)

When registering with this system, the personal data and reservation information entered by the customer into the product reservation application form will be shared and used by our company for the following purposes.

(1) To inform customers of new services and products of our company and our affiliated hotels.

(2) For our company and our affiliated hotels to survey customer satisfaction with their stays at our affiliated hotels.

(3) To use the information as statistical information in a form that does not identify individuals for marketing purposes, etc.

In principle, our company will not provide personal data received from customers to third parties, but in any of the following cases, we may provide the information to third parties without prior notice or consent from the customer.

(1) When the customer has given consent.

(2) When it is necessary to provide personal data to a third party to protect the life, body, or property of the customer or one of our customers, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer or one of our customers.

(3) When it is necessary to provide personal data to a third party to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.
(4) When we receive a formal legal inquiry from a public institution such as a court or the police regarding personal data.

(5) When a third party to whom we have entrusted work requires personal data in processing the entrusted work in order to achieve the purpose of the preceding paragraph.

(6) When personal data is provided to a third party as a result of the succession of our business due to a merger or other reason.

Article 16 (Governing Law for Use of the System)

Handling of the System shall be in accordance with the laws valid in Japan.

Article 17 (Court with Jurisdiction for Use of the System)

If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the use of the System, the parties shall resolve it in good faith.

If the matter cannot be resolved through consultation, the local district court shall be the court of jurisdiction.
