In recent years, incidents involving smoke and fire caused by portable chargers have been reported both in Japan and internationally. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines when using portable chargers in your room:

• Please use and manage your portable charger at your own responsibility, and monitor its condition while charging.
• Please refrain from charging portable chargers while you are sleeping or away from your room.
• When charging a device using a portable charger, or charging the portable charger itself, please avoid placing it in direct sunlight or on flammable surfaces such as beds or bedding.
• Please do not use any portable charger that shows signs of damage, swelling, or overheating.

Please note that if our staff identifies any of the above situations during room cleaning, they may move the device or stop the charging process to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding.
