    • Q Do you accept credit cards?

      A We accept Visa, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, MasterCard, and Union Pay.

    • Q If I pay online with credit card, will hotel issue the receipt?

      A If you choose to pay by credit card at the time of reservation, you can issue the receipt online by yourself. Please note that the hotel will not be able to issue the receipt.

    • Q How can I confirm, change or cancel a booking made online?

      A Please click here to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation. (For same-day cancellations, please call us directly.)
      For bookins made through websites other than our official website, please contact the website where you made the booking directly.

    • Q What is the cancellation policy?

      A In accordance with our hotel's Terms and Conditions, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
      50% on the day before, 80% on the day of arrival, and 100% if no notice is given (no-show).
      *This does not apply to special offers, where the booking was made, or group bookings. Please contact the hotel directly if this applies to you.

    • Q Can I be placed on a waiting list?

      A We do not have a waiting list. Please check room availability on our website or contact the hotel directly.

    • Q Why are the fees different each time I make inquiry?

      A Our rates vary depending on the season and the day of the week. The rates we offer will vary depending on the availability of rooms at the time of your inquiry or booking status.
