Thank you for your continued support of our hotel.
There have recently been incidents across Japan of power banks catching fire while charging.
To help ensure a safe and worry-free stay for everyone, please follow the precautions below.

• When charging a power bank, always keep it where you can see it.
• Unplug the power bank before going out or going to sleep, and do not leave it on a bed or in direct sunlight.
• If a power bank catches fire or a similar incident occurs, notify the front desk immediately.
• Please note that if staff determine during cleaning that a power bank poses a hazard, they may take measures such as stopping it from charging.
