The adjoining Mountain Center Annex features a public area, snow school reception desk, changing rooms, coin-operated lockers and more on the first floor. The second floor houses an extensive ski and snowboard rental facility spanning 802.0 square metres.

As the snow gives way to lush greenery, ascend 500 vertical metres to the mid-slopes of Niseko Annupuri while taking in the magnificent scenery. There, the scenic viewpoint “Hilltop Viewing Bed—#NISEKO SIESTA—” offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy panoramic views of Mount Yotei.
