-Hand sanitizer is installed at the main entrances and exits of the hotel, including the front entrance and the restaurant entrance.
-Splash prevention partitions and curtains have been installed at the front counter.
-Elevators, lobbies, public restrooms, ice machines, vending machines, and other facilities used by guests.
-Facilities and equipment used by guests, such as elevators, lobbies, public restrooms, ice machines, and vending machines, are regularly disinfected, cleaned, and ventilated.

-Please note that we ask all guests to take their temperatures upon check-in.
We ask for your cooperation in taking your temperature at check-in.
-Disinfect your hands using the disinfectant sprays located at each location.
-We ask that only the representative of the party to proceed for check-in and check-out to complete. Please be mindful of creating enough social distance with other guests.
-Please inform us if you have any symptoms of fever or are not feeling well.

 

Employee Code of Conduct:
-We have a strict daily hygiene policy that includes frequent hand-washing, gargling, and disinfecting before and during work.
-We check body temperature and physical condition before work.
-We require employees to wear masks while at work to prevent droplet infection.
-We take measures to prevent infection, such as wearing cough etiquette and masks when commuting to work, and maintaining a safe enough social distance from other people.
