Our first-floor restaurant, Ryofu-an, has been welcoming guests with dishes made from carefully selected ingredients from Ishikawa Prefecture, based on the concept of
“Onkochishin — rediscovering the traditions of Kanazawa while expressing a new Kanazawa.”

Due to the recent rise in food costs and other operating expenses, we regret to inform you that the breakfast price will be revised effective Friday, August 1, 2025.

In conjunction with this price revision, we will also be renewing our breakfast menu to feature even more ingredients and dishes that reflect the rich culinary traditions of Ishikawa Prefecture.

• Previous Price: JPY 2,200 (tax included) per person

• New Price: JPY 2,750 (tax included) per person
